No experience necessary! And you do not need to decide on your major or be clear about what kind of career you want.
Requirements to Participate

Completed Application Process: You submit a complete application, submit two job postings on time, and you complete a phone interview.
Alignment and Motivation: Your interest and motivation align with the program goals.
Project Match: You either have a project in mind, or you and the project director can quickly come up with project idea during the interview.
First to Apply: If there are more applicants than the program can accommodate, participants will be selected in the order in which their completed applications are received.

Throughout May, applications for both the June and July sessions will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Then 45 minute phone or video interviews will be conducted for those who meet the selection criteria.
Step 2: Admissions Decisions
Final decisions for the June cohort go out the first week of June. To secure your spot, make your payment one week before the session begins.
If you are not selected, you will receive an email the first week of June letting you know if you've been placed on a waitlist or explaining why you were not selected. (You are welcome to contact the program director with questions.)
Step 3: July Admissions
After the June session concludes, we will conduct interviews for any remaining spots in the July session.
